It has been revealed that the damage reduction effect of OSRS Fluid Strikes relic has been hotfixed. In addition, there are also some hotfixes proposed to make for Last Recall relic. Read on for more details. 

Changes to OSRS Fluid Strikes relic 

Fluid Strikes is one of the Trailblazer League tier 3 relics. Recently we have found that Fluid Strikes relic is not interacting with NPC attacks as intended, which allows players to bypass certain boss mechanics. If you are at 15 HP, you will take 13 damage from these attacks, while you should have taken fatal damage as intended. 
Therefore, with the update on Nov. 4, we know that Fluid Strikes has been hotfixed. Now it will only apply its damage reduction effect when the damage you'd have taken was less than your current HP. If you have 74 HP and an attack deals 74 damage, you will visit Death's Office. If you have 75 HP and an attack 74 damage, Fluid Strikes will reduce it to 63 damage, and you are live. 

Proposed changes to OSRS Last Recall relic 

Last Recall is a tier 2 relic in Trailblazer League. But due to the overpopulation problem at the God Wars Dungeon, after adding private instance Last Recall relic doesn't work with them. As a result there are some proposed changes regarding Last Recall to fix this issue: 
1. That how Last Recall works would be changed in the God Wars Dungeon. 
2. Last Recall would be changed to teleport players to the door of the boss room they came from instead of into the boss room itself, which can allow them to re-enter a private instance.
3. Despite the relic you have chosen, your kill count would not be removed once it is earned.
